Before you book a holiday home, you must read and accept the hire conditions.

The way Abooking works means that just a few minutes after booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation will contain the name, address, e-mail and telephone number of the holiday home owners, allowing you to contact them directly. With the booking confirmation you will receive a printable version of the page of details about the holiday home, which you should take with you when you go on holiday. The property owner is responsible for providing correct details at all times.

Terms of payment: 20% of the hire charge must be paid directly to the owner within five days. Further payments are agreed between you and the owner. Most owners require the remainder to be paid four weeks before you arrive, while others ask for settlement on arrival.
