The administration system is unique because owners administer their holiday homes themselves, perhaps by altering the text, photographs or rental period. Because both booking and owner administration are done electronically, Abooking’s commission is so low that both the hirer and owner benefit, the first by the low rental price and the second by the high profit margin.

The marketing system is unique because use of the Internet saves costs compared to catalogue printing and newspaper advertising. Abooking seeks to come near the top of Internet search engine pages through the use of good texts, thus reaching out to more potential hirers and owners.
